Foreign Oil Companies Attracted to North Dakota
Sign of the times....Oil companies large and small are heading for North Dakota, investing millions of dollars in leases and wells.
The American state is attracting foreign companies and investors--including representatives of Chinese groups and an Australian-based energy company--along with domestic independents.
The Australian company, Samson Oil & Gas, began trading today on the American Stock Exchange.
