Foreign Confidential™ analysts believe that a new, North Korean nuclear test is already being planned--with Iranian support. Moreover, Iranian experts will probably observe the upcoming missile launch, which is set for sometime between April 12 and 16.
North Korea will never disarm, analysts say. The Kimist regime will continue to develop atomic warheads and bombs--and ICBMs. The "military first" policy will continue; at most, the North will make an effort to modernize its propaganda and rhetoric.
