Pro-Pyongyang Paper Confirms Foreign Confidential™ Prediction: N. Korea Plans New Nuclear Test if US Suspends Food Assistance

North Korea could carry out another nuclear test if the launch of its long-range rocket leads to the expected suspension of US food aid, a pro-North newspaper in Japan said Wednesday.

Early yesterday morning, Foreign Confidential™ reported the North "could respond to U.S. criticism and further sanctions by detonating another atomic device," adding:
Foreign Confidential™ analysts believe that a new, North Korean nuclear test is already being planned--with Iranian support. Moreover, Iranian experts will probably observe the upcoming missile launch, which is set for sometime between April 12 and 16.
