Uranium Mining's Dirty Secret: Water and ISR

Turns out, all those "pounds in the ground" of uranium can be worthless if (a) the deposit is presently only suitable for costly, water-dependent, environmentally threatening In-Situ Recovery, or ISR, and (b) the deposit is located above the water table.
