ASSAD: ISLAMIST RULE FAILS IN EGYPT

It's come to this on the eve of July 4: the Syrian dictator's statement on the downfall of Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood president is clearly more truthful than the disgraceful "deeply concerned" comment of the U.S. President.

Of course, the Syrian despot conveniently fails to mention that he himself is propped up by Iranian and Lebanese Islamists, albeit of the Shiite persuasion.
