Dramatic Proposal by Palestinian Leader to Kerry

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has reportedly made a dramatic proposal to U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry regarding a final peace agreement with Israel, including demilitarizing a future Palestinian state--police only, no army--stationing of NATO troops along borders, inside the state and in Jordan, allowing Israel to keep security forces in disputed areas for up to five years and phasing out of settlements in the areas.
